Advantage Irrigation

I had one of my sprinkler lines break. After looking around for companies to use, I settled on Advantage. I like their name, and the reviews/information about them on Google made them seem reputable. I called and got an appointment scheduled. Alan came to take a look at things. I thought he was just coming out to look at what needed to be done, I did not realize he was going to repair things. You see, I had fixed a couple broken lines in my system last year. It took me an entire Saturday to fix one leak...and I had a total of three. This is what prompted me to seek professional help (for the irrigation system, that is). Anyway, I did not realize people could fix these lines so quickly. John came out to my house a few times but he's done an amazing job every time I've asked of him. He replaced my backflow as well as repaired a pipe on the outside. I trust them to do our winterization as well. Overall the service is amazing and he's never late. Very personable and professional. Enjoyed my experience every time.

Promised to get a call and never got anything. Didn't even bother to text in explaining that they wouldn't be available. Edited: After the review response I was immediately scheduled for the repair. I was impressed by the response this time. When I went out to check the work they were going to do, they had already fixed it! Amazing value for the work. Looking forward to do more business with Advantage Irrigation.

I called Advantage on Monday to talk to someone about coming out and starting up my system. I got a answering service that took my message and promised me it would be delivered to them and I would get a return call but never did. I called them again yesterday and got the same service and was promised that my message was priority and they would get it to the company right away. Do you think anyone returned my call? Here it is Wednesday and I called again and guess what, that’s right I got the same answering service. Do you think I left a 3rd message? Not a chance. 3 strikes and they are out. If you want a company that isn’t responsive and doesn’t value your business and won’t return your calls then this is the company for you. I live in the same area and like to support local businesses but
