Dawson was great to work with. He was knowledgable and provided clear answers to questions. He listened and understood my needs as the customer. Maybe more importantly, Dawson sold Roach as a product rather than try to buy me as a customer. Desperation doesn't sell. 4/5 stars but 95% and I have to sniff out that other 5%. I look forward to the install!!

Roach Roofing did a wonderful job taking care of my mother and her roof during an emergency. They responded quickly and did their best to get the the roof tarped during inclement weather. They were patient and kind as we navigated our options, expenses and answered our many questions. On the day of the repair Jacob and his crew were also profesional, kind and patient. The crew was organized and did a beautiful job repairing and finishing the roof. The roof looks great and we felt that Roach really took care of us. Thank you Roach Roofing.
