Advantage Maytag

I would never rent a U-Haul from them ever again! I explained to the lady that I may need to extend the lease on the truck she assured me that it was fine the fee for the extended days were paid in full for. After having the rented U-Haul for two days not only did the 3rd party company (Maytag) call, the actual U-Haul center called saying they have another family coming to rent it out and that it needed to be back by 11am that same day. I paid for 50 miles only used 37 on top of that I paid a $100 deposit. Once returning to drop off the U-Haul not only did I not get my deposit back I was charged an extra $39 which they said it was due to mileage. Super unprofessional.

Had a problem with my GE washing machine that was a month out of manufacturers warrantee - we bought it at Costco and they offer an extended warranty. Costco connected me with Advantage Maytag. Came out, troubleshooted the issue with GE tech on the phone who instructed that a new inverter panel was needed. Part was ordered and he came back out to fix it.... but the inverter didn't fix the problem. Thought we were going to have to wait for another part but Steve had thought ahead and brought an additional regular panel with him in case it was needed - and it was. He got us back up and running the same day. I was grateful because being without a washer gets old fast - Thanks for saving the day!

Arrived to the house the day after we called. Honest, professional, and friendly. Steve could have charged us for a whole new motor for our washing machine, but he was able to find a loose wire and repaired it saving us hundreds.

They came out same day to repair my dryer. Steve was very helpful, had the parts with him, and answered all my questions. The bill was reasonable for the work and parts. Second time I’ve used them. Hope not to need them again, but if I do, I know they’ll take care of me.

Again to reinforce what most of their reviews online have said - if I could give them negative stars I would. It took 1 week just to get a serviceman in to tell us it was a compressor problem on our 5 year old refrigerator. $75 for that service call but thankfully the compressor is still under warranty. They would order one for us and then we would have to make another appointment to fix. But they couldn't tell us when it would be in and they wouldn't set us up for the appointment. Over 3 weeks later we called to check on the part and were told that the part was never ordered due to someone's mistake. They didn't even apologize. 3 days later the part was miraculously in! But then we were told that it would be another week until they could fit us in to their schedule to install the pa
