I called Advantage Mold Experts after my tenant reported signs of mold. Due to my tenants schedule the appointment had to be rescheduled several times. Derrick was very flexible in rescheduling my appointment. During my inspection, he was very professional and polite. I received my report within the timeframe that was provided and he took time to explain the report as well my options for removing the mold. Lastly he also provided the cause of the issue and what exterior issues need to be fixed as well to prevent mold in the future. I would definitely recommend Advantage Mold experts for mold inspections!!!
