Quick responsive and very knowledgeable on the claim side of things. When you purchase or renew your insurance it’s important to understand what endorsements mean. Not all of them make sence. We spend additional time to go over the renewals. Also offers a quick upgrade for the side gutter.

A few years back, I was hit with the a hail storm. I leaved in Waxahachie at that time. Storm damage was severe and I developed leaks. I called Fish who was an acquaintance and came highly recommended. Fast forward ⏩ to now. My roofing system was upgraded for only a price of my deductible. Included my patio, chimney, garage doors , ceilings. Developed a relationship. His further help with permitting on additional work was absolutely indispensable. Thank you for quality , and all help with all my crazy project. Warranty was honored at the time of a sale and transferred to a new buyer. I want to sincerely thank the team for the roof inspection. Everything was explained clearly and in an easy to understand way. They provided a brochure and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They used a drone to inspect the roof and showed detailed video footage, explaining what they were seeing without any pressure or upselling. This was a big contrast to previous inspectors who explained nothing and only seemed interested in getting paid. These guys were professional, transparent, and trustworthy.
