Mike Cox came out for our new to us home septic inspection. The tank was pumped, inspected, distribution box uncovered and inspected, and drain field probed and camera scoped. They don’t answer the phone, they lie to me they said inspection is 249 but they changed their mind and said 11 hunded , never trust them .

It's been five years since I needed a septic service. This is the 3rd company in the area not answering a phone nor returning a call. Business must be good... Hopefully owner(s) see this feedback and return to the customer service principles that were instrumental to their business' success.
