The owner, Brian, was the most thorough and knowledgeable AC contractor we have met. We were obtaining several quotes for our AC repair, but Brian was the only one who explained every factor involved (and showed us specifically on the AC unit and throughout our home). We greatly appreciate his expertise and honesty - by making several adjustments to the ventilation and a damper that was partially closed, and keeping the thermostat at a steady temperature, our AC is now working more efficiently and no major repair was needed. However, 2 other contractors advised us that we needed a new compressor (cost ranging between $4000 and $5000) - the system is only 4 years old -and the warranty was unknowingly not transferred to us when we bought our home 2 years ago. Bryan is friendly, honest. I would recommend Bryan to anyone. He is a wonderful worker and goes out of his way to be sure everything is safe and working at its best.

Brian is very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and the work was completely timely. We had a unique heating / cooling arrangement, and he corrected old issues and made great improvements. Highly recommend!
