My husband and I hired this company for demolition work on our first home, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The initial project involved gutting our downstairs unit. While the crew worked hard and completed the work in a reasonable timeframe, the job was not finished as agreed. We had to request that they return twice to complete remaining work, and during those follow-up visits we were made to feel as though our requests were an inconvenience. Because the job was left incomplete, my husband ultimately had to spend his limited free time finishing the work himself. More recently, we hired the company again to demo our chimneys. Adzemen did the demo of the entire interior of our house (~3000sq ft) and we cannot be happier with their work. Brian Collins was our project manager and he was so cooperative the entire time. He is very responsive (he even responded to my texts over the weekend). He quoted 2 weeks for the job and finished it a day earlier. Their pricing was very competitive and in line with others. We’re so happy with their work. We came to visit the house many times in the evenings and his crew always left it very clean. It almost looked like they were never there - it was that clean!
