One doesn’t know how say nothing back. Applied for a house and he said didn’t look application yet was week later when asked about application and then never heard nothing else about it. Even if person didn’t get approved you call and say that or let them know I didn’t hear nothing back on several occasions. Just feel like so unprofessional they way he handle stuff during this process about his houses. Most people don’t talk over week to look at application other place let you know something in some days weather missing something or not approved or whatever case may be. Literally have proof that this went on. Makes me wonder you can’t communicate good when someone apply for house how are you as landlord.

Very good one on one experience with the landlord! And great people person at the front desk,positive attitude.

DO NOT rent from this company, you can do everything right and they will charge you for every possible thing every opportunity given. I would give zero stars if possible.

Eric and April are great love renting my house with them and working with them all the time.
