What a pleasant surprise! The lady who set up the appointment was available every time I called and reassured me that the technician was still coming out the day I needed him. I got nervous because it was after 6 PM but he did show up and I had heat that night. He had to come back the next day to replace another part and I received the text that he was on his way. He was super friendly and very easy to talk to. He explained a lot to me that I did not know about, and that was very beneficial and kind of him to take time out to explain those things. His name was Matt and again. I highly recommend this company.

Adam provided a thoughtful assessment of our needs and designed a solution that met our requirements without stretching the budget. Dino and the rest of the installation team were outstanding in executing the revised heating plan for our home. I have to say that I have no words to describe the amazing services Aeras HVAC & Refrigeration do. I call them because the boiler in my house wasn’t working at all and they come out told me all the problems it had , and they put it to work like is brand new. I recommend Aeras to everyone .
