Wonderful company to deal with. Great product, service, and people. Had house, garage, and shed re-roofed at the same time. House and garage did not have ridge vents, but YTown installed them during project. Top quality dimensional shingles were installed and totally changed the look of the house, especially from street. Notified insurance company about new roof and was able to get a discount on my premium; pleasant surprise. Workmanship was top notch and the team was hard working, no goofing off and wasting time. Shingles come with a transferable warranty, great selling point and increase in house value. Great clean up afterwards too. Would recommend to everyone thinking about a new roof. What can I say about YTown roofing. This company is one of the best decisions I have made. They recently did my roof, soffit and gutters to match the color of the roof and the garage, wow what a difference! They communicate well and are reasonably priced. Paul (the owner) was really nice, easy to talk to and came to check on the progress of the work being done. It took 2 days to complete the whole project and the workers were on time very friendly and hard working. They did a thorough clean up job and left my yard neat and orderly. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have. I would definitely use them again! Thanks to Paul and the crew for a job well done!

Y-Town Roofing is the best!! After Nate came over for the consultation, we knew right away they had our business, he is very good at what he does. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. Nate, his father Paul and their crew are unmatched. They were super friendly, easy to work with, detail oriented, professional, and efficient. Their crew work very well together and they did an excellent job. They did our roof and gutters, and it is by far the best roof and gutters we’ve ever had. They knocked out our roof in 2 days, and it ended up being a huge project, but we are blessed that they took the time to make sure it was a solid and long lasting roof. Very good experience. They did a great a job on the roof and cleaning up afterward. They took a tiny bit longer than estimated since it ended up being the first hot day of the year and they didn't want to overexert their workers, so it's nice to know that their employees are also treated well. Chris was very thorough looking at our roof and explaining everything they planned on doing to fix and improve it, and was very transparent with their pricing/estimate, which ended up being 33% less than I was expecting after doing some research. They also offered to replace our skylights for a fraction of the cost that I read it would normally cost. We weren't expecting to replace our roof so we had to finance it, and they helped us with that as well. I feel very bad that I forgot to leave a review

I just bought a Craftsman home and detached 2 car garage in Sebring, Oh in mid September, 2025 and they were both badly in need of new roofs and gutters. I called Y-Town Roofing and they were quick to respond and come to my home to establish an estimate. Nathan was very nice and knowledgeable and provided a printed, detailed estimate. Within one week, I had a huge crew of men at my home ready work! I have to say, I was amazed at how smoothly the installation went, as well as how the crew interacted together! Each one knew what their job was and they all did it well!!! By day’s end, I couldn’t tell they were even there-not one scrap of material left behind!!
