A while back they told my mom her furnace was shot and she needed a new one. They wanted over 10,000$ to replace. My mother was crying to me on the phone and was very upset. I didn’t believe it so I went over her house after my work and took a look. The water they said that was leaking was the 2 air vents. I replaced both and it’s still working after 2, years. Be careful when a contractor says you need anything replaced. Luckily I do heating also so I was able to see what they were trying to do to her

Aerni & Hitzel has been servicing our furnace for longer than we've owned the house. They've been excellent to work with over the years. We have a service contract, and they've been available at odd hours when things go wrong. The person who comes to our house is friendly and knowledgable.

6 hours late and then refused to delivery. Made sure to notify me along after I would’ve had the ability to go elsewhere for oil. If you need to count on your oil provider to make sure your family is warm, DO NOT COUNT ON THESE GUYS.

They are on the ball they are quick to get here on time and always call to remind me of appointments and are very thorough and even let me know when I need to update my contract an they deliver fast when I'm low on oil thank you aerni and hitzel for keeping us warm my babies lives depend on you and you always come through ♥️♥️♥️
