Aero Parking Garage (Propark)

They went through our car, we are missing items from the car. Don’t ever use this place. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Do not leave your car here especially for a Saturday nite parking attendant told my husband it was $45 cash to park then upon coming back not even two hours later they charged another $40 for the “parking” this place is a scam! Do not park your car here. I told my husband it was a scam from the get go and although he doesn’t care I do. Meantime there’s a sign right in front that parking is $25 as long as you clear out by 12am. Time now 11:19pm. Do not park here save your money park elsewhere. Enclosed is a receipt for the parking with time and date stamp. Remember this is in addition to the $45 cash we payed upfront! Park elsewhere! This parking garage is going to have a negative impact on local businesses by conducting extortion on people who come to visit.

They tried to rip us off, make us pay when paid online. Someone stole my card from the car, and used it. Horrible place.

Do not park here! They are horribly mean! I've parked everywhere in Manhattan and this by far was the worst experience ever! I've never encountered people like this. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't park here. Go anywhere else but don't park here. The attendant backed my car into scaffolding, damaging the lights and the back of the car. I get that accidents happen, but what was truly angering was that after having to fill out all the insurance paperwork they STILL had me pay the $25 parking fee before I could get my car back. The night attendant said she would make sure the manager would call me on Monday and help me get a refund. Shouldn't have trusted her cause the manager never called, and when I reached out to him he was completely unwilling to be helpful. Just uninterested and rude. Abraham Hache is his name. If you ever pass a garage that he's managing don't park there. Unless you would like to pay 25$ for a crack in your car.
