He's experienced, professional and tells you straight what your options are. I had an old dryer that needed repair and Steve gave an estimate at every step so I could decide whether to proceed. My dryer belt broke and I thought I was going to have to buy a new dryer. Instead, I called Steve at Aerocool and he came out right away. He diagnosed and fixed the dryer within an hour of coming. He was so nice and reasonably priced. I would call him again in a heartbeat.
