My husband and I would like to thank Moe for his phenomenal service! Our landlord contacted Aeromark Mechanical after our air conditioner stopped working and Moe was extremely professional and informative in his explanations on what went wrong and how he was going to fix it - which he did very quickly! Now with our air conditioner back to normal, we're ready for the hot summer months! We really appreciated Moe's attention to detail and thoroughness!

Amazing responsiveness, I opened a service contract with them back in May, and they sent someone out to check my unit out after moving into an apartment, unclear of how long it has been since the last service. Everything was great for the beginning of the summer, but unfortunately, my compressor decided to shut off completely in the height of the hot day yesterday. Aeromark was able to get someone out to me the next day, (Moe, the best there is) and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Since I had a service contract, there was a discount for the work done. Aeromark has gotten so good. They not only have great technicians who provide timely AND accurate service, but their team is courteous and professional. They have also digitized all of their services so they know what kind of equipment and parts you have and what’s been done in the past. You get regular e-updates that confirm your appointment, GPS where your technician is, and how many minutes it will be before the technician arrives. This makes for fast and efficient service when the technician is onsite. I highly recommend Aeromark. I also recommend asking for Moe! He’s great!
