I witnessed the owner personally called a former customer—not to offer an apology or to understand their concerns—but solely to threaten them over a negative review. Their call lacked professionalism entirely. There was no attempt to take responsibility or to reflect on the feedback given. Instead, it became clear that the sole purpose of the call was to intimidate the customer into removing their honest experience. Customers should never fear retaliation for expressing dissatisfaction, especially when done respectfully and truthfully. If this is how the leadership at Grab Air LLC responds to criticism, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with them. Respect and accountability matter, and unfortunately, those values were nowhere to be found in this situation.

I had an excellent experience with Grab Air LLC. My HVAC stopped working all of a sudden and their team was incredibly fast, arriving within hours, and handled everything with top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend for their efficient and expert service!

Awesome experience with Grab! We had the pleasure of working with Mike , Mark and Ziggy on a full install of central heat and ac on our old old house. They were not only the most reasonable quote, but also super easy to work with and took the time to understand the unique needs of our house before diving into the project. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Communication was great. Really flexible and accommodating. We have absolutely zero complaints about the project from start to finish and I would highly recommend their services.

We had a non functioning unit and were panicking as it’s been super duper hot. Called a few places, had a three week wait. Checked my town Facebook page and read fantastic reviews on Ziggy. We called him and he came out next day which was a SUNDAY!! He had our issue diagnosed in minutes, condenser fan motor. Two days later Ziggy returned with his son Mark and Mark went to work. Turned out we needed a thermostat too, which Mark ran out and got. Very pleased with the knowledge and service. And grateful they took care of it all with great speed. Thanks guys!
