A true Gentleman! He came out and replaced our old porch outlet with a new AFCI/GFCI outlet, giving us piece of mind. He even made sure the new outlet cover would fit properly with the wood siding. Looks like we have a new Electrician! Thank you so much!

We recently moved into an older home and needed a 220 outlet, a 3-way light, and a new switch installed. At first, we thought we might need to replace the entire breaker box. We called John at AES, and instead of upselling us on a new panel, he honestly told us our existing box could handle the additional load — saving us around $900. Extremely Professional, Time Efficient And very Courteous. He explained he was extremely busy due to the current weather crisis we are experiencing. He was understanding that it had children and that i felt extremely uneasy about the condition of my electrical box. He diverted from his schedule and showed up to make sure we will have continuous power and will not be without during the winter storm. He was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail how the system works and how we can prevent any further damage or problems. Called them because my tenants furnace wasn't working. This is a serious problem this time of year, but they made it out the next day (a Saturday) and had it fixed at a fair price. I had already paid another licensed contractor the same amount to have his "electrician" do the work. He used cheap materials that were not rated for a furnace. Fortunately, the breaker they put it on was also sized too small and so the unit shut down after a few mins run time. This was a fire hadard. I was basically ripped off by a friend. But in the end these guys came out and communicated with video and photos of everything before and after. The owner is the operator and is fair and professional to deal with. On time. Will use again.
