They did call back and show up to do the job. However my vanity is now mounted in the wrong spot. My shower valve I had installed had a slight leak and needed to be re soldered. I did not get a call back when i left a message about the issues. Update: the shower valve is also backwards with hot and cold.

We had been having issues with our pipes draining for about a week. Then, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, everything stopped up completely. We called and were initially told it would be sometime Monday before anyone could come. About 15 minutes after this phone call, Isaac called us back and said he could come the following morning after church. He came and got us all fixed up and we are FOREVER grateful!!

I called them for a clogged main drain line. Made an appointment for later in the week. They never showed up and didn't call. Then I got a call that evening from a service tech asking what was the problem. He was not even aware of the appointment that day. So he says he can make it out the next day and once again, no call-no show. I ended up calling Roto Rooter and they came to my house the same day. I will never call this company again.

These two young men were the best. Polite and professional.Our issue took a couple of days, but they worked hard to finish. We appreciate them! We definitely would call them again!

Contacted Noble Plumbing a Thursday to repair a broken water line. Told me he'd be out Friday. Called him on Friday to confirm. Told me he'd be out late afternoon. Ended up pulling a no call no show.
