Evans cannot be trusted. Back in August our A/C wasn't working so we called him as he had been the one to install the unit and whom the previous. owners of our house used. He assured us that we wouldn't pay until he fixed it, which initially made us feel like we could trust him. What a mistake! Day 1. he claimed he needed a part so he had to come back the next day. Ok, we would deal with it. Next day he came back, and a/c started cooling but kept cycling off, which we pointed out. He said he would come back the next day. He insisted on replacing the thermostat which we didn't believe need to be replaced but we deferred to what we thought was the professional. This "professional" left that thermostat hanging half off the wall, but finally the house was cooling and a/c wasn't cyclin

Incredible service! When my heater gave out on the coldest day of the year, and a Sunday, Evans answered the phone at 8 AM and was there in a few hours. We needed a part replaced, so it had to wait an extra day, but he communicated well throughout and got it fixed as soon as possible for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Evans is a real professional. Quick to respond and arrive , explains what's the issue, nice. We replaced all the ducts he gave us a fair price and stood behind his work . I wish more service people were like him.
