AF Supply

Purchased an A.O. Smith water heater from AF Supply because first convenience (I live next door to the Brooklyn location) and second because as the salesman put it “No worry, hassle free warranty exchange” Sooner than expected my unit failed. A.O. Smith covered the faulty unit under warranty. I received an RA number which in my case, covers the defective unit. I go back to my neighbor AF supply with every document needed to pick up my replacement unit, and Nacimm, the person that handles warranty issues at this location said that he would not handle my claim unless I paid him $250.00 He said that it’s the processing fee for warranty claims. ARE YOU SERIOUS? A $250.00 PROCESSING FEE? WHY? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! When I purchased my unit from AF, this $250.00 fee was never discussed or even me

Absolutely the best customer experience. Their representatives were extremely helpful in product selection. Their pricing was excellent. Once the order was placed, they made getting the items very easy. Even the delivery team was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about AF Supply.

Ordered a faucet, shipped immediately but they shipped it FedEx requiring a delivery signature! I never asked for that, they just did it, so I had to take a day off work to stay home to get it. FedEx takes a picture of the delivery showing it was delivered so why ask for a signature! Crazy! I would have bought if from someone else had I known I had to waste an entire day! and it came at 4pm, FedEx said 9:40-1:40pm, wrong. The item was what I wanted BUT I did not want to lose a day at work and waste a day due to THEM deciding how to ship it!!!!!!!!!!!! It would have been fine sitting at my door until I got home!

Shady "AF" Had a valid warranty claim for an AO Smith water heater, warranty department asked me for the model number and claims none are in stock. Have to wait a few days or maybe even next week, knowing very well people cannot wait for a hot water heater. I called back as a potential customer, and they have it in stock. These practices makes the industry look bad.
