AF Supply

Ordered an indirect water heater from them. $1800. I got the water heater, but the box of parts... never shipped according to FedEx freight. Emailed, called 5 times now. I have had no hot water in my house for 4 days now due to this. Everytime I call they say they are looking into it. I have zero faith I will get the parts so I am heading to my credit card company for a refund instead. What a shame, it was a easy experience to shop, buy and have delivered.... if I only got my entire order.

Avoid ordering from here if you can. I put in an order for 2 parts which never shipped due to 1 of them actually being out of stock. The automated order cancelation email looks almost exactly the same as the order confirmation email and they make no effort to reach out about it. Since there was no guarantee the 1 item would stay in stock and they refused to hold it till the other item came back, i had to pay for shipping twice for each of the 2 items that i had originally made 1 order for.

I see I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this guys. I ordered a Gerber pressure balance cartridge for my shower a while back and it took them more than a week to ship it. Which for me this is unacceptable, yes you’re reading right; more than a week, just to get it shipped!. So once they shipped it, I was glad that it came quick and in a fancy package. But the nightmare started as soon as I opened the package, from looking at what was inside I knew right away that; it wasn’t what I ordered. So as you can imagine, they sent me the wrong piece. And I’ve email them right away to the same email I got with the order confirmation and I got a response, saying that if I wanted to return it I had to send an email to a different email address which she provided, (Melissa). I had a disappointing experience with AF Supply. I found a product listed at a price online and made the purchase. The next morning, AF supply contacted me, informing me that they would not honor the online price. Their refusal to honor their advertised prices is misleading and unprofessional. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when we discussed the price discrepancy. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend AF Supply as they clearly do not uphold their advertised pricing or prioritize fair customer treatment. Purchase from any other supplier.
