I ordered countertops through Lowe’s who uses their own third party vendor “Installation Made Easy” who contracted with Affinity Tops and Cabinets to provide and install my countertops. They jerked me around for months delaying the installation and therefore the rest of my kitchen restoration (because of a flood) and there’s still a piece of backsplash missing. I’ve contacted them personally and sent pictures as well as with Lowe’s and Installation Made Easy. So far no one has made any effort to resolve this matter and six months has went by. It’s ridiculous.
