Affinity Hardwood Floors

Chad and his crew did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors, using the oil-based system that will last us for decades once again. Along with the stripping and refinishing, some flooring was added to spots where old vents had been removed. These areas are feathered in and match perfectly with the existing wood. The crew worked seamlessly with our schedule, as we had whole-house painting done first, with floors started on Monday of the following week; so all rooms could be cleared of furniture for both projects, and then put back together. We are so happy with our fresh, beautiful floors, and to have found someone who still uses the lasting OIL-BASED products that we can keep looking fresh and new on our own, with the same polyurethane infused cleaners we have used in the p

I have used Affinity for two separate jobs. One was to refinish my kitchen floor (I didn't even know if could be refinished). I absolutely LOVE my floors. Even though they were red oak, the stain applied totally changed the overall look. They talked to me, listened to my questions and answered professionally. I recommend Affinity for your flooring needs!

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I have been trying for months to get ahold of someone. Apparently the phone system wasn't working for months and wasnt getting my voicemails. I was able to get ahold of a field manager and told him about issue and they fixed phone issue. No one works in the store, vm are checked periodically. Field manager finally came out to our home in March, I've left several messages with him since and no calls back. I need my matter fixed regardign a warrantly and quality issue. This is not a way to do business! Extremely dissatisfied. Do not use this place for any reason.

Affinity Flooring blended in new hardwood flooring with our existing hardwood flooring, and the results were gorgeous. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule during the finishing process.
