Ricky has been our “go to” HVAC maintenance and repair guy for more than 15 years now. We've moved to 2 different houses already and every time we have a problem with HVAC, we’d call on Ricky! We have a home warranty through AHS; affordable has been on our property two times and both experiences have been bad. The most recent time was today. We made the request yesterday first thing in the morning. They did came today, which made us hopeful it’d be fixed today. Affordable uses this tracking app to let you know the technicians arrival time which is nice, but not enough to make up for the poor service. The feels like temperature today is 110 & we already stayed one night without AC. When they arrived we had a wasp nest on the underside (by the hose) of the unit and we were willing to eradicate it immediately(had to find the wasp spray).
