I never used this company and hope I never have to again. Tech Thomas arrived while I was in my garage. He pulled his big commercial truck into my paver driveway. I motioned and told him to please put the truck in the street. His face wasn't happy but did it. He went first to the clean out in front yard and messed with snaking that for almost an hour. Then finally came into master bath where I told him the issue was to begin with. He stated needed to pull the toilet and would put a rubber mat down. He spent another hour completing this and running the water in the sink almost the entire time. My master bathroom, laundry room and entrance from garage were filthy and disgusting.
