Giving two stars because when I originally contacted this business, I got a prompt response. Which I love and appreciate from anyone. However, Jeff sent me a text, gave me a price for the diagnostic fee, told me he could come the following Monday (which was two days from the day we messaged), never showed up. Never responded to the message I sent the day of to see when he would come. And never answered or returned my phone call. I think I would have been less upset had I just never gotten a response in the first place. Seems unprofessional to me. Not respectful of others’ time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Great experience and quick response time. Would recommend to anyone in need of service. - My refrigerator was frozen due to faulty part. He diagnosed the issue over the phone and was out that afternoon to replace it. Will use again in the future.

I have used Jeff's services about 3 times. He is a MacGyver for appliances because he looks for solutions outside-the-box. He was able to fix my microwave door when others will replace the full door for much more $$$. Also my refrigerator has a drawer with fancy useless electronics to regulate the temperature. Water from the dispenser got in the electronics and damaged it causing the refrigerator/freezer to stop working. The manufacturer service repair person came and told me I needed a new computer for $1000+. Jeff came and disabled the door electronics and I haven't had any problems since!
