Affordable Carpet & Flooring

Mark and his crew did a wonderful job. We replaced water damaged carpet in our basement with a new cork backed lament. The flooring looks great, helps to lighten up the room. All done in one day!

Mark came by to give us an estimate on having our hardwood floors refinished. After spending about an hour here and telling us that we had at least a few sandings left in the floors (1870s), he gave us a quote, scheduled a time, and told us to expect a confirmation call the week of. We moved all of our stuff off of the floors, took down pictures, cleaned out closets, etc. and made plans to be away during the work. The day before they were scheduled to start I called them since there had been no confirmation call. I was underwhelmed by the conversation so I wrote a detailed email to Mark about what rooms, how to get in our house, etc. At 9:30am last Thursday, my wife (not me - the person who had been doing all of the communication since we met Mark) received a call from Mark saying that

Most horrible experience. Nails are sticking out every where. Sam blamed it on cheaper carpet that I picked????? What??? The nails don't stick out when I hammer them down. Unprofessional, dubious.

David (the owner) is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with picking the right floor that fit our new house. The Installation was easy and fast! I highly recommend them!
