The person that originally answered the phone call was very polite pleasant and very helpful. She sent Kyle to perform the maintenance on my furnace as my furnace is not working properly. He was phenomenal. He was very detailed and explaining what was wrong very assertive And knowledgeable on what Was needed he was not pushy. He did not upsell and gave excellent customer service. Thanks guys. i’d also like to mention their price was their price they did our price gouge. It was fair and very affordable.

I called Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling just after noon for the heating system blowing cool air and the house getting cold. Sarah provided excellent customer service by understanding my heating issue and fitting in a technician very quickly due to a 3:00pm medical appointment. Kyle, the tech, was on the job within about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, an igniter, a loose wire and cleaned a probe with residue on it. He kept me informed on what he found and what he was doing. He was professional, an expert and very customer friendly. We will definitely call Affordable Comfort for all our future HVAC servicing and repair needs.

We had a very pleasant first encounter with Affordable Comfort. It was a diagnostic visit. Don located the problem quickly and explained everything to us. We do need a new furnace to replace our 21-year-old furnace; there are two cracks in the heat exchanger. It is not safe to continue to run it, so Don turned it off and also turned off the gas to it. We will hopefully get by with a couple of electric space heaters until our new furnace is installed by Affordable Comfort. Don even installed a hose to our furnace humidifier at no charge. My husband didn’t feel confident installing it and asked how much to fix that.

I can’t say enough good about Affordable Comfort Heating and cooling Co! The Staff is always pleasant and prompt! I called for an appointment this morning …Kyle came today to do my recertification on my furnace !! I highly recommend this company to all !!!

Today's experience was a gem! Kyle was such a great guy in his gentleman ways ...he was so thorough in explaining everything going on with the furnace and thermostat. He taught my husband and I alot about what we didnt know..we are looking g forward to seeing him in the spring to service our air conditioning. Kyle is an excellent representation of your company.
