Absolutely terrible service. Took 8 months to even speak with Arnie the tech and owner. He was extremely rude and dismissive, blatantly lied about attempting to get in touch with me over the 8 month period they had my generator. Westinghouse no longer covers them under warranty (and for good reason), westinghouse is sending me a replacement generator due to the incompetence of Affordable Electric LLC. Would NOT recommend their service if you ever intend on getting your equipment back or being treated with respect. Huge disappointment

Had Arnie come out to hook up my new hot tub. he charged me $400 and the breaker and disconnect box was already installed. all he had to do was wire hot tub to disconnect box and he didn’t hook up the disconnect correctly. Great escape came out and had to fix his work. here’s a pic of his connection And he’s the owner. call someone else.

DO NOT bring power tools there for repair! One, 4" grinder paid $138 for repair failed immediately. Brought back that was over 2 years ago. Still there, no refund. Brought in Milwaukee grinder 8 months ago still not done! No communication, just excuses I'm done.

This review is based solely on my experience. Upgrading to a tool that cuts my labor time in half is an asset. Milwaukee has demonstrated that they have a quality tool but they need to research their repair outlets to maintain the quality of the Milwaukee name . I contacted Milwaukee tools about a problem I was experiencing with my powered grease gun. I was directed to have the warranty service completed at this repair facility or given the option to send it in for repair to be made. Thinking that a local establishment would provide a more efficient repair service, I opted for that. My daughter dropped off the grease gun. 3 days go by and not a single follow up call. Have a Milwaukee electric ratchet here for almost 2 years just to replace a snap ring that holds the socket on. It's almost been 2 years, and I still haven't gotten it back. I have made many attempts to check the progress, and I get told to be patient. Also, I have had a 12.0 Milwaukee battery here for about 6 months and again same thing. I do not recommend binging your tools here unless you like to wait and never use your tools.
