Once you put deposit down no phone calls following up, mind you they don’t even answer in general when your reaching out too them. Wasn’t even a worker from the company was a self-contractor who did crappy work and have too come back, they showed up the first day with the wrong flooring and carpet definitely get what you pay for not In the good way

Selected Affordable Flooring to complete shower remodels. After several weeks of intermittent work, we were told job was complete. However, Several weeks later downstairs shower leaked through drywall. After tearing off drywall ourselves we found that floor drain was also leaking and not draining properly. After several attempts to get company to repair, there has been no effort to repair. Poor service and not backing work. Beware.

After our Deposit they seemed to forget we existed. Then when they did the work it wasn't done, right. Then when we tried to contact them. They never responded. They promised to show up. And never did.

KNOW YOUR SQUARE FOOTAGE!!!! They over inflate your square footage to make up for the cheaper pricing. The tiles Vinny put down are not level and he paid no attention to detail. So many gaps where the baseboard meets the floor! Shoddy work!
