The gentleman I spoke with, Nichols Godfrey, was rude and short when I called for an estimate. He end the conversation with “your not presenting yourself the right way to me” and hung up the phone. The experience was so bad that I felt the need to let everyone know. As a business owner Nichols you need to improve on your customer service and know that everyone is equal and a potential client. I hope you’ll have more patience in you future endeavors.

Initial call - rude, dismissive and did not take time to listen to short description of project. Started to give me a price quote over phone without understanding full scope of work required. I suggested he come out to assess work to be done and never asked me what my schedule would allow. Pushed his timetable, was sarcastic when I adjusted time and could not take simple address down over phone. Never gave his name. Later, I called to cancel as we no longer wishEd to move forward with this vendor, and whomever answered phone was very unprofessional and simply hung up. GREAT way to do business... Shame I had to select a star as a rating - would have given 0.

G. Nichols Paving performed a quality job and worked with us to give us the drive way that we wanted and was completed in a timely manner.

Owner is rude and demands down payment if you are interested in using him, if you aren’t willing to give down payment right on the spot he does not want to hear or deal with you anymore
