Provide excellent service. All are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always address any problem as quickly as possible. I have been with them for many years and would not call anyone else. I appreciate all that do to help me take care of heating and cooling unit.

Scheduled 2 weeks ago! They call and I call back 2 minutes later. They then say they have moved on but will come today. I called 3 times today too be told they are coming here next and then they ignore calls and don’t show up! Typical customer service

Our furnace went down at 6:30am. I started calling companies at 8am. I called a total of 4 and most told me they would add me to the list. Affordable looked up my address and told me the previous owner of my home had used them in the past so they would be there to help me. The technician showed up within a few hours and found the problem quickly. He had it fixed and running within an hour. He was friednly, efficient and told me I would receive a statement in a couple weeks; no payment needed today. What a blessing 3 days after Christmas!! I will definitely be using Affordable in the future!

Horrible customer service, called twice in two weeks to set up a service call. Woman at the office took my name down twice and said she would call right back with a time, call never came. Saw a service man at the neighbors and asked if he could do it while he was next door, sure no problem the tech said. Called the office once again and told her the tech next door said he could do the work right away. Lady at the office said he would be right over, tech never came. Done with this company, I'll put my money in someone else's hands.
