Kirk installed my heat pump at a good price.System had some glitches. Getting him to come back to make it right is the issue. Won't answer the phone, voice mail is full. won't reply to texts or email. At first, he seemed Professional.
He installed my H/A in 2015. I have had to call for repairs about 4 - 5 times. After about the first 2 times he will not return calls: I have had to call another A/C company for repairs. 3 year old unit as dependable as Affordable Heating and Air
Call they came out same day fix problems. Great work.
