The technician was super rude to my little sister, we called at 5, they said he will be out in 30 minutes. He didn’t show up until 9:30, I get you’re busy but be honest with the time you’re going to arrive. Luckily my little sister was working so she didn’t have to wait HOURS by her car because it would not turn on, terrible service. We need better technicians with better attitudes

Stopped in to have a fob checked - well stocked shop with anything that you can want regarding locks and they have safes too. They check fixed my fob quick without any additional upsell or any of that nonsense. Nice and clean store, reasonable pricing and helpful staff - What more could you ask for? Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Jada was an excellent customer service rep. She is an amazing locksmith apprentice. The service was fast and economical!!

The customer service and business were both outstanding. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of their locksmith service, key duplication, and lock supplies. Jada performed great customer service as well as the entire staff there. The location is immaculate and well maintained also.
