Top of our chimney was crumbling and missing a cap. I got quotes from a few places, and affordable masonry was not just the most reasonable but also clearly an honest company. They were clear, candid, and communicative through the whole process. Explained clearly what the problem was and options for fixing it. Clearly laid out the price and timeline. Had the right tools for the job and didn't cut corners: he rebuilt the whole top of my chimney, and brought in scaffolding and everything to do it. The price was right. In the end, the results of the job are awesome.
