Affordable Moving USA

Affordable Moving was wonderful for our local move a half mile away. Tim, the owner, came to our home and quoted a fair price for the move. Joslyn, JD & Antoine arrived on-time, wrapped all the furniture, were careful, polite and just a pleasure to work with. We worked together to place the furniture and they did a great job! We would definitely recommend Affordable Moving!

They should be called Unaffordable Ripoff Artists! If I could give 0 stars to this scam rip off place I would: they charged double the price than any other movers and did the most unprofessional loading that real professional movers on the unloading side had ever seen. For example: they put heavy big screen tv on top a flimsy table that collapsed under the TV weight & when I called them they claimed they are not responsible for nothing.

These folks get it! Tom, the estimator (and Owner), was on time and turned around an estimate in a day. Janiece, the scheduler (and glue of the company), was on top of our move. We had special requests regarding packing and loading that she made work, saving us a 4 hour drive and hotel stay (thanks Janeice!). The packing crew (Renee and Andrew) spared no expense in using the materials needed to properly protect our furniture, glassware and wall art. Styrofoam peanuts, plastic wrap, paper, boxes and mattress boxes were used as needed. They packed up our 2BR/2BA home in less than a day. Lastly, the unloading crew ( Tracy, Drew and JD) lugged it all up to the second floor with no damage to items or walls. Suffice it to say that we were extremely happy with the work that Affordable Moving USA.

The guys that did our moving were extremely thorough and helpful. They completely understood what needed to be done and they did it. They were careful with our items, especially a large heavy cabinet on wheels. it was wrapped and transported easily and i found no damage at all. we had damage on one item but it was not a huge issue to lose that hanging peg. they apologized and continued on. I was fine with it, I saw it happen and realized it wasn't easy to avoid. The move was only about 10 miles away so no one was too worried that we couldn't fit everything in the truck the first run because they had plenty of time to get the rest. There was even a miscommunication and they grabbed something that should have stayed at the first house. So they brought it back on the second run and there was

We had a wonderful experience with Joslyn, Andrew and JD getting our storage units emptied and over to Stone Creek. No issues whatsoever. A good group for sure would recommend to all. Thanks. Dan and Sandy P.
