My experience with Affordable was great. I liked that it was collaborative from the onset while working with Kelly on design ideas. I've done several renovations over the years and usually have a good vision of what I want but it was really helpful to have a professional work with me to make the best use out of the tiny kitchen I have. I like that they are flexible in terms of sourcing some products and materials because I like shopping for the best deals and specific products I want. I was also able to coordinate my own electrician for work required and that provided a savings. I'm sure some people want the company they hire to do everything, and Affordable certainly can, but we were able to save a little by sourcing our own subs. It's not for everyone but it worked for us. They came out to look at my house for an estimate, needed a small bathroom remodel, told me they would get back to me in a week or less, never reached back out to me with the estimate, forgot all about me and lost my respect. Some might say I should have reached out to them but the biggest thing I’ve learned is good communication means good business and they couldn’t even follow up on the process like they said they would, that was back in October /early November and they just today sent me a damn text message asking for a review so here’s your review. Disappointed, disrespected and dissatisfied. 0/10🍅🍅

Sink install, this time I didn't pull the sink. Charged double. Called about getting an ice maker line at time of service. The message got lost but they had the parts in their truck. Charged $287 to run a simple line through a few cabinets off the faucet supply valve. They didn't clean up the saw dust or do a very good job siliconing the sink I had to apply tape for straight lines. Trying to support local trades hard to see how I we can work together anymore.

Within 2 hours of calling Affordable Plumbing for a leaking water heater, we had a new heater installed and the old heater removed. The job site was completely cleaned-up and looking like they had never been here. You really can’t ask for or expect better service than that!
