My mom recently had a great experience with Affordable Plumbing. The technicians—John Salazar, Daniel Meier, Josh Dycus, and Ethan Freiner—were professional, efficient, and very courteous throughout the entire process. John Salazar was in charge of the job and made sure everything was handled smoothly. They jet cleaned her drain pipe and had everything up and running again in no time. The team explained what they were doing, worked quickly, and left the area clean when they finished. Their customer service was excellent, and it was clear they cared about doing the job right. I would highly recommend Affordable Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing service.

Colby was sent to my house upon my request for a "second opinion/additional estimate" for a repair that was pushed by another local company. Colby gave an honest opinion, probably saved me thousands of dollars, and cleared by kitchen drain while he was at it. I've had a few different plumbers out over the years, never really settling on one. I can say now, after Colby's perfect service and honesty, that I will be using Affordable Plumbing and Sewer as my primary service provider. (And by the way, the additional estimate was a couple of thousand dollars less than their competitor and I got the feeling that Affordable was more knowledgeable!)

John Salazar and 3 others (Daniel, Josh & Ethan) did a wonderful job clearing the drain pipes at 7408 Euclid, KC, MO. House belongs to an elderly lady who needed financial assistance from St Elizabeth Catholic Church where I am a Parishoner. The crew showed up on schedule , analyzed the job considered options then efficiently completed the job. They were professional, considerate and kind to homeowner. They cleaned up perfectly and the homeowner was elated. She was most appreciative. Started her washing machine, which she’d been afraid to use, before they were out of driveway. Thanks to those 4 professionals! We recommend them. 😀

Edwin was great. He communicated well before his arrival, was courteous and professional. He explained his assessment and plan for the repairs. He provided an estimate before starting, then worked efficiently and explained the repair work performed. He also offered some troubleshooting advice and made recommendations for upgrading our system without selling additional services.

Jeff Meeks came highly recommended from my realtor. We had an emergency on New Years Eve with our sewer line. After failed attempts with warranty referrals all day, Jeff answered our call late that evening and came out early the next morning and took care of the issue along with another issue he found. Outstanding customer service and affordable rate - he will be the first person I call next time!
