I had an issue with a damaged 3/4 inch water line during a construction project and Phillip Woods handled it with absolute professionalism and skill. Instead of digging around the building or tearing up the new concrete slab, he came up with a smart solution that saved time, money, and avoided any disruption to the project. He installed a brand new 130 foot water line by feeding it through the existing damaged line with no digging, no trenching, and no tearing anything apart. The work was clean, efficient, and completed much faster than I expected. You can tell Phillip takes pride in his craft. Great communication, precision work, and problem solving that went above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

We had an emergency water line leak in our front yard on Christmas Eve. At 4:00 they came out to help us out. They found a broken pipe connector. Water was pouring out. It was later that evening but were able to fix it temporarily until they could get the correct parts. They came out first thing the day after Christmas to replace and do final repairs. We are so grateful. They saved our Christmas! Had a houseful of family over. Not sure what we would have done. Can not say enough good things about this company. They pretty much spent their Christmas Eve with us working.

Philip and his guys have been working on 4 new cabins at our resort AND an additional water line we needed from Boone County for the last 7 months. I had a water line break in my yard. Phillip came by and recommended a course of action. He then came back with his crew to repair the leak. I had concerns about power equipment destroying my yard. Phillip and his crew found the leak immediately and did the repair in less than three hours.. They did a wonderful job with clean up. You can barely tell they had been here. I would give them a 10 star rating instead of a 5. Very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
