Excellent job installing the new heater and air conditioner. We’ve also had them out for service calls with the old system. Highly recommend.

I received an exorbitant bill for diagnostics of a boiler system. Pricing should have been clear upfront. It took them several visits to diagnose the problem. I don’t believe the technicians had expertise in the area therefore charging an inflated amount which should have been 2-3 hours per the boiler manufacturer recommendations. The repair estimate was over $10,000 with a warranty part supplied by the manufacture. I would definitely choose another service provider!

I'm sure they do good work but from my first time experience was not great. My wife and I have 2 kids 4yr and 5yr. Winter is here and our furnace has been not blowing heat but stays running and racking up our electric bills. I can reset the furnace myself and get the heat on. This is a reoccurring issue we needed solved because it's costly. First visit was as expected, trouble shooting and testing and even found a loose wire. I feel the tech did her job and was honest with me. She could not recreate the pre-described issue, so the problem is still existing. We were not able to pay immediately because we just dealt with enormous bills. (Still have not paid) Problem happens again so I call (12pm-ish) again leaving the furnace in it's problem state.
