I had a water leak on my hot tub for a few years. I tried calling many companies to get somebody to come out to look at it. They would never return my phone calls or they were always busy and couldn't come out. Thank God, I saw an advertisement for Affordable Pool and Spa.Courtney was very professional and pleasant to talk with. She scheduled a day and time that a repairman can come out to look at it. She always kept me informed of my appointment and arrival time of the repairman. Chris, was the repairman that came out. In no time he diagnosed where the leak was coming from and knew exactly how to repair it. He was very courteous, professional and made sure his work was done correctly.I would highly recommend this company for your hot tub needs. I will use them again in the future. Thank

Chris was very knowledgable, kind and patient. He worked with me to make sure the spa was thawed and ready for repair after a prior company completely stiffed me on winterizing and caused damage due to a freeze. Highly recommend!

They really came thru for me. My old company went out of business the day before I was scheduled. I called Affordable and they were out quickly to winterize my pool.
