Very pleased with Alex from AG Air in San Diego. We had one of our AC units not turning on and needed help. Found Alex thru a local neighborhood services site and they all had the same things to say so I knew he was our guy. Great communication and prompt scheduling. Alex was professional, honest, and thorough, but very fair with pricing. He explained everything and didn’t try to nickel/dime. He not only checked on the unit that wasn’t working but also made sure the other unit was up to speed. Ended up changing the capacitors and refreshing the Freon to get them working again. Very happy and will be passing his name/company onto all of my friends and family in SD. Thanks Alex!!

We contacted the company to replace our 25-year-old system with a heat pump before it broke down in the middle of summer. We’re in Temecula, and the heat here is no joke. Alex responded quickly and provided a detailed estimate with multiple options based on our budget. We chose a slim condenser unit with a furnace replacement, which saved space on the side of the house and improved airflow. The new system is whisper-quiet and super efficient I’m super happy with it. The installation was completed in about 8 hours. The team arrived on time and removed the old system neatly without causing any damage. AG Air installed a heat pump with a new gas furnace backup in our house.
