AGB Appliance Repair of Plano

I called AGB Appliance and had a tech come out to see why my Whirlpool Refrigerator struggled dispensing water. We had to wait a day for the part but the technician Andrew came out and did the repair efficiently and was done within 20 mins. I highly recommend giving AGB Appliance a try they know what they’re doing.

Not only did Andrei do a great job at the ice maker repair, he had me laughing the entire time. Highly recommend.

Our washer broke and they were able to get to us the very next day. Unfortunately a part was needed and we were told it would be 3-4 days to get it in. Obviously that's beyond their control and we understood but it's hard to be without a washer with kids and pets even for just a few days. The next day Andrei called us to let us know they got the part quicker than expected and he was out 10 mins later to install it. Professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Will recommend to friends and clients.

I called on a Saturday morning figuring it would be a few days to get a repair person out to my house, but Andrew was available to come out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my freezer and got everything working in about an hour. Could not be happier with their service, will definitely use them in the future!

The dryer repair was fast and reliable. The technician was professional, explained the issue clearly, and had it running smoothly in no time. Great service!
