We recently worked with Bob Reed and the AGS Stainless Team to help us create railings for our house and we're so glad we did! Bob was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions that we had along the way. We went with the Rainier stainless railing inside the house and did the same railing powder coated black for the exterior deck. The product is so well made and we have received countless compliments on both railing systems. Our builder was impressed with the quality of the railings and the perfect fit. We looked at lots of other options and I'm so glad that we decided to work with AGS. In the end, you get what you pay for and AGS creates a bomber product that is also a work of art.

Working with Bob Reed from AGS Stainless for our small foyer railing was a breeze! All we had to do was provide some simple measurements/ photos, and AGS handled the rest! This is one of my favorite parts of our 1955 raised-ranch home renovation. They got the job done sooner than expected and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Just installed the balcony rail system designed and fabricated by the team at AGS Stainless. Couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. The whole experience from inquiry of the product through design and fabrication was a pleasure. All staff were quick to respond and super friendly to interact with. Shipping arrived quickly and installation was quite easy if you tend to be handy yourself. The finished outcome speaks for itself.

We live in MO with winter cold & ice as well as humid summers. We looked at wood and iron railing. The maintenance on those materials would not be for us. We are both over 70 yo and do need a sturdy railing. AGS quickly gave us a firm estimate and arrival. We had a local contractor install according to AGS instructions. It is a short residential railing from porch to sidewalk. We like it and think it adds to appeal more than wood or black wrought iron railing would. I recommend AGS highly.

I have nothing but positive feedback to provide. The sales rep I worked with was very helpful at all stages, the supplies and rental tools for my self-install were delivered in fine condition and timely and the rental tool return process and refund for unused supplies was easy. My project was for wooden posts and wooden rail with horizontal cabling. I was glad to have a skilled carpenter taking the lead on the woodworking part as he had the right woodworking tools and skills to make sure the install was well engineered from a carpentry perspective and all cable lines were exactly parallel. My carpenter and I both very much like the appearance, with its minimal exposed hardware. Once I got the process own, the crimping and cable cutting was easy to do with precision.
