We had a fantastic experience with DC3 Development. Ed Devine and his crew transformed our garage into an absolutely beautiful living space for my elderly mother, complete with an en-suite bathroom. We also had a laundry room and bathroom renovated. From start to finish, Ed kept us informed and ensured everything progressed smoothly. The attention to detail was truly impressive, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. The tile work in the bathrooms is exceptional. We are beyond pleased with the end results.

These guys know their stuff! We had 3 decks redone. We also have 7 dogs. They planned around the dogs and us to make sure that the dogs had a way to get outside at all times. Fast, Friendly and efficient. They workers loved on our dogs, and worked hard (rain or shine!) to get things done. The result was exactly what we wanted. I recommend them to anybody wanting anything done from decks to a new home.

Ed Devine and his DC3 crew knocked out a quick office remodel for us at the Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce. It sounded like a light lift on paper, but seeing the all the moving pieces come together was nothing short of impressive. Ed donated his own time and resources along with his team of drywall, electric, carpentry and paint professionals to build out a whole new licensing office within our office.
