Pretty garbage wood. Ive been installing hardwood for 10+ years now, 3 years running my own business, so ive seen/worked with A LOT of different products. My most recent customer supplied & paid for the material up front (so I am not biased) ,5 inch oak (AHF.) So many damaged boards, almost every single piece is very warped/bowed. Some of the ends arent even square. Really nothing good to say about this product .. I most definitely will NEVER recommend it to anyone, thats for sure. Awful quality control.

I had a floor installed in my home from AHF Products. There are literal voids in the flooring that have broken open. Then the wood all along the grain has chipped. This is not an installation issue. The home is humidity controlled as well. The manufacturer refuses responsibility and I am having to dispute the claim. Do not use their products.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company puts out a horrible product, and when it fails they gaslight you and make it seem like it’s something you did. Our click lock engineered hardwood floor (Bruce) is SO loud to step on. People comment on it when they come over. It wakes my toddler up at night. It’s every board, in every room, and they’re trying to tell me it’s pinch points from poor installation? No. The joints don’t lock in tight enough so the joints all rub and make a god awful creaking sound. It also has now started to chip, and it’s less than a year old. It was professionally installed, no pinch points, completely leveled subfloor (concrete slab) everything was done to spec. We are getting a private inspector to assess and dispute their claim and if that doesn’t work we will b

Garbage! Do not buy Bruce products. Bought 10k worth the product and they do NOT uphold their warranty for Bruce products. Paid a premium for waterproof that in three months popped up. What cheap garbage. Go to HOME DEPOT and get your product there

Bruce Hardwood used to be a decent relatively inexpensive hardwood that a lot of builders used. I wanted my living room to match the Bruce Hardwood, 2 1/4" x 3/4" (gunstock) that was installed in my DR and kitchen when my house was built in 2011. I hired a flooring company to install it in my LR a year ago in June 2023. Now, only 1 year later, I am seeing so many flaws in the wood. The finish is horrible, there is warping on the grain of the wood and there are rough spots where the boards are lifting up. I called AHF to discuss the problems I'm seeing and I get repeated questioning about everything that I may have done wrong to cause the problems. I haven't done anything differently than what I do to the wood in the kitchen and DR and yet, the new wood is warping and lifting up. The new
