AHT Wisconsin Windows

I have AHT windows, Renewal Anderson (both brands installed recently and with in about 6 months of each other) and then 4 old crappie windows left. While, I cant speak to the warranty service like I've seen others be disappointed in since so far we haven't had any issues. I can speak to what appears to be great quality in our windows so far. Today is negative 44 with the windchill and all of our AHT windows look great! However the same cannot be said for my Andersons with thick cakes on ice and frost. Even my old junky windows have less frost and ice compared to the Andersons. Based on my experience thus far for the price and quality, I would highly recommend AHT.

AHT Windows refuses to honor the 50 year warrantee that they advertise. It has been over two years since I have tried to get them to honor it. They came and took pictures of the problem with my windows. When it gets cold outside the windows will frost up on the inside of the triple panes. I have talked to at least 4 different people who each said replacements were ordered. I have also talked to the owner of this business and his last words to me were that he wasn't going to pay for the replacement of the windows but if I wanted I could buy more windows. If there is anyone out there who would be willing to help get them to honor their warrantee I would appreciate that. AHT Windows will not furnish me with any type of written proof that they even tried to do anything to solve the problem wit

Our recent AHT windows has been a great buy. These aren't "Cheap" windows but we feel that they are very good "Quality". We had some bigger windows replaced and a patio door and we can feel the difference. We always had moisture issues on our old windows but don't have a drop. When the job is done they send out Lem to take some pics and share a few laughs!

We met with AJ from AHT Windows and had a really good experience. He was easy to talk to, explained everything in a way we could understand, and never made us feel pressured. AJ was patient with our questions and took the time to walk us through the different options so we could make the best decision for our home. We also liked learning that AHT is a Wisconsin company based out of Appleton and that they even have their own patented window design. We left the appointment feeling comfortable and well-informed, which we really appreciated.

The workers are lazy they leave trash and tools behind the workers I had put in my windows smelt like drugs and watch them on there phones for an hour in the truck and it was not lunch time the disrespectful the lead Edward to his helpers is very concerning and the way he talks to them is disrespectful. And let me tell you about the complaining about how there owner miss messed 2 of my windows so they had to take extra to build innto the window frame which took longer it was very cold in my house I couldn't run my heat unless they wanted to pay for my electric bill do not go to them I would recommend Anderson windows if you don't want to deal with service tec coming back to replace or fix anything
