Highly recommend, I had plumbing issues due to frozen septic outlets. I called on Saturday during not normal business hours. The owner answered my call. We arranged for a technician to come out on Sunday and look at everything. The technicians name who is Gavin deserves five stars. He was prompt polite, and knew exactly what to do. He assess the problem and found a fix for it. I highly recommend Scour plumbing drain & sewer and will refer them to as many people as I can. Excellent excellent service.

We are very pleased with Scour’s great service. We had a water leak under our kitchen sink and didn’t know what it was. Mike determined it in seconds. Ran and got a new disposal, put it in and was done with everything from start to finish in an hour! I still have my whole day to myself!!! Love their service and friendly conversation. We will always call them first!!!

Overall a great experience, Gavin was early to the appt time and not only courtesy but professional all the way throughout the job. He showed what the issues were on camera as he was completing the lateral line clean out. Very skilled young man!

Scour Plumbing Garret arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. They assessed the immediate issue and began a drain scoping and flushing. Mike examined every pipe and drain system and explained in great detail, how to fix each issue. Estimate was precise and reasonable.

Quick response and excellent at their job. It was appreciated. Gavin explained things so we could try to prevent future back ups. Highly recommend!
