I was in an urgent need of inspection services due to a medical situation. I called Aid and spoke with the owner about my situation and that I was a disabled veteran. In less than 5 minutes a technician called me. In less than 10 minutes he was at my door. I was given a clean inspection in under 40 minutes. My tech was knowledgeable, professional, grat conversationalist. This could have been a dire medical emergency had they been it taken a few days as it does with National Corporatons.There is something to be said about homegrown values, integrity and decency. Se were very happy with Aid Pest Control! They were here within three days, assessed the situation, sprayed and were finished in a half hour! The 3 hornet nests were taken care of! They were very reasonable and we didn't have to agree to more sessions. We will recommend them to everyone!

This is the second year we've had a yellow jacket nest. When I called this morning they had a cancellation today and were able to come out within 2 hours. I'm sure it's not typical for them to have same day appointments but thank god they did! They are friendly, fast and effective. So pleased with the service that if I encounter a problem in the future they are my first call!
