Maybe should change the website to reflect wintee hours. Says they are open til 5pm. Does not say closed on Wednesday

Been there several times for parts and always get very explicit instructions from the owner. He explains everything in great detail and makes sure I understand all the questions I ask. I really appreciate him sharing all his expert knowledge.

Every time I go here, the employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't carry exactly what I want or need they know where to go to get it. I always leave satisfied that my pool issues are handled professionally.

I went there on Tuesday the 29th of August. They didn't have my filter so she ordered it said 2 days. I called the store today 6 September sorry we don't have it.. don't you think someone should have called me to let me know this..??? Poor customer service
